Have you tried the other way around?
Perhaps there are companies in London
that can help you. I seem to remember
a thread about this a couple of months ago, someone trying to get from London
to Moscow or Minsk, or somewhere in
Eastern Europe (it may have been Kyiv). Try doing a search in this forum.
Do a search here on:

I think you made need to go from Kyiv to Warsaw, and then the travel schedules from Warsaw to London are easier to obtain.
How about calling the train station in Kyiv?
