For our honeymoon, we've decided on the following trip:
London - 4 nights
Paris - 4 nights
Tuscany - 5 nights
What I'm having trouble with now is figuring out how to get from Paris to Tuscany without it costing me my first born! I'm thinking I can take an EasyJet flight (for cheap) to Venice and then drive to Tuscany from there. But then I'd have to drive back to Venice to depart and that's a drive.
I'm finding that Tuscany is a drive from everyplace there is an International airport making me not want to pursue going there.
Has anyone been to both Venice and Tuscany? Can you recommend which one we should see for our honeymoon?
Thank you!

Try flying into either Pisa or Bologna. Friends who are going to Tuscany this summer found it much cheaper to fly into Bologna, but I'm not sure which airlines fly there. Most of my friends were originating in either London or Paris.
You can look at www.whichbudget.com to see what budget airlines fly between airports. Pisa is usually cheaper than flying into Florence I believe.
Fly into London and home from either Florence, Pisa or Rome. Use the multi-ciy tool when searching flights. Book a budget flight from Paris to either Pisa, Florence or Rome.
We went to London (2), Venice (3), Tuscany (4), and Rome (4) last year in 13 nights. Flew to London first, then London to Venice on a cheap British Airways flight, then home from Rome. I think Venice would be super-special for a honeymoon, its a very romantic place. I loved Tuscany as well, we took the train from Venice (4 hours), then picked up our rental car in Tuscany, drove around, then dropped it off, took the train to Rome. Adding Tuscany to your itinerary would break up your trip with a slower pace, rather than just visiting cities. I found it easier/cheaper to fly to Venice than Florence or Pisa, if I remember correctly.
Are you from the US?
Even if you cannot fly back from Florence, you do not have to drive Venice-Florence, Rome-Florence etc. They have a thing called highspeed train connecting major city faster than you can ever drive (legally.)
Driving makes sense depending on how you defined "Tuscany."
Tuscany = Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca does not need a car
Tuscany = Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Chianti, etc, would need a car.
Venice, of course, is a fine spot for a honeymoon. But so is Tuscany. When my daughter was in Siena for a semester abroad, I found the cheapest way to get her from Siena to London for her flight home was actually a British Airways flight out of Pisa. Very reasonable, in fact. So do look at your options beyond EasyJet/RyanAir. Another easy option (not necessarily cheaper) is to take an overnight train from Paris to Milan, and then from there to Florence (or wherever your first stop is in Tuscany).
Ryan Air flies cheap into Bologna. From there you can take a fast train to where ever you want to go. My sister and I are flying from Madrid to Bologna just cause it is cheap (and we want real pasta)!
I agree with Stormby to not rule out the larger airlines. If you haven't booked your main flight to Europe, then try various search engines (like www.cheapoair.com) to book multicity flights with the larger airline that is taking you to Europe.
I was able to book a flight from Alberta, Canada to Paris, then a flight to Venice 3 days later from Paris and a flight from Rome back to Canada 2 weeks later for under $1,000 on KLM. It was slightly offseason (April) which contributes to the better rates. The larger airlines have the added bonus of less restrictions on the weight of luggage.
Hi gausa,
the obvious place to fly to for touring Tuscany is Pisa, and fortunately, Easyjet flies there from Orly. from there it is a doddle to get a train [the station is inside the airport] to almost anywhere, or to pick up a hire car.
if you fancy a few days in the countryside, this website may help:

You all have been so helpful! Thank you so much. I'm going to research many of these options and let you know what I decide! Thanks again.
Definitely try multi-city options, perhaps through Kayak. I was able to book our flights San Francisco to Paris to Venice then Rome to Paris to San Francisco all for LESS than a simple round trip SF to Paris on Air France. I think Venice is a very romantic spot for a honeymoon, but actually any place can be romantic.
