The two most often recommended are Fantasy Travel and Dolphin-Hellas. They're both based in Athens but deal extensively with foreign visitors in all aspects of trip planning. The're known for their reliability, commuication skills, attention to detail and follow-up. It's best to use a Greek agent in case of emergencies or other problems. They are close by, an easy phone call instead of thousands of miles away.

My husband and I visited Greece in 2005. We normally take care of our own travel arrangements, but it was
difficult to take care of our hotel in Athens and our flight to Santorini and hydrofoil to Hydra. Uli, at Dolphin-Hellas was delightful to deal with.
She took care of everything in a timely manner and even got us rooms in hotels that had originally told us that they were totally booked. If we are lucky enough to visit Greece again, we would definitely choose her to help with our plans and have recommended her to several of our friends. Hope your trip is wonderful.
Greece is a fabulous place!
