Transportation to Wannsee from central Berlin

When we are in Berlin in June, we want to visit the Wannsee Conference Museum. We plan to go there by the S-bahn but I'm wondering on our return, can we go by boat? Is the museum near the dock and how would I access the boat schedules? I haven't had any luck, so far, finding them. Thanks so much.
