What is the best way to get to Rome airport from Sorrento. Our flight is at 9:55 am.
Would it be a car service? If so how would I contact one? Thank you.

I think you would have to allow 2-3 hours for such a trip by car. Also allowing for at least 2 hours checkin time at FCO, this would mean being on the road by about 5:00 AM. If it were me, I'd relocate to rome the night before my departure to void such an early day an any mishaps.

Spend the nite in Rome. Train there via naples.

There are hotels at the airport or stay in Rome overnight. You never know if the trains go on strike. If you have a driver you'd have to leave in the middle of the night. No matter where we go if we have a 10 am flight we stay in Rome or a 7 am flight we stay at the airport the night before our.

That would be.....If you had a driver from Sorrento, you would have to leave in the middle of the night.

Personally I would get to Rome the day before your flight, Carol. Get a hotel room in Rome and have a lovely last evening there with a good dinner and have a taxi take you to the airport the next morning. I would not consider trying to get from Sorrento to FCO the morning of your flight. But that is me, I always want to make sure I will be at the airport on time.
