Transportation from Prague Airport to Hotel Palace Praha

I'm asking a question for a friend who will be in Prague for the first time. I have never been. What is the best way or the various options of traveling from the Prague airport to Hotel Palace Praha which is located at Panska 12, Prague 01?
Thanks.

Highly recommend: Airport transfer/Guide Services –http://www.personalpragueguide.com/ one of the best decisions we made for Prague. We were met at the airport by a terrific and animated young man (Martin) who got us safely to our place, pointing out key items during the entire ride-terrific since we were really, really tired by the time we got to Prague! We also highly recommend their guide service. We had Helena and she was awesome! You must put Prague, actually the Czech Republic on your Bucket List!!

Buy a public transport ticket for the week they are there. Catch the bus to the start of the tram system, catch the tram to the hotel.

Fast/Easy/Cheap

Details at the airport website

you gave a few options depending on what you want to pay.
Taxi from the front of the airport circa 600kc,pre booked private shuttle again circa 600kc.

this is the company I have used several times.
Public Transport
Airport Express bus to Hlavni, cost 60kc (pay on bus)and maybe a 5 minute or so walk from the train station.
Bus 119 to Dejvicka then Green Line metro to Mustek (32kc ticket)and a couple of minutes walk from there.Personally I would go for a taxi or shuttle as It can be quite easy to get lost using the public transport for the forst time, plus the metro station at Mustek as at lot of exits and I can never remember to take the right one when I use it.
