You can do a search for the intermediate stops on specific trains at the Italian rail site.
http://www.ferroviedellostato.it/homepage_en.html
Pretend you are taking a train from Rome to Arezzo on Monday at 8AM and put in those times. (It's jsut easier to use a date and time next week in order to get all the possibilities.)
After a list of choice comes up, click the "Select" button at the right end of one choice, then click "Details by Selection."
A new section will appear at the bottom of the page. Click the "Info" button at the far right and another new section will appear below showing the intermediate stops between Rome and Arezzo.

thank you ellenem for your speedy reply. Because of timetable(pick up car before siesta hours) we have to get one of the slower trains and that site does not allow for me to pick it.Would just like to station before Arezzo but I guess we find that out on station before hand. Thanks again
