Train travel and tickets

Jump to last reply

My wife and I will be in Switzerland for 9 days in May. I know that we will be doing all travel by train. I believe what we would need to get is a Swiss Pass - 8 Day Saver; so that both my wife and I would use the same ticket for all travel. Is that the right one for our use; we'd expect to be using train and/or other rides every day?? I'm not clear if it is better (and/or cheaper) to get these tickets online while still in USA; or whether picking them up at airport in Zurich when we arrive is best choice.

Can someone educate me a little on this?

Thanks
