Here you go! You can figure it all out from the Trenitalia website, although I suggest you consider visiting Siena by bus (cheap from Firenze, less than $10 each way I think), and the bus station is up in the town rather than the outskirts of Siena, like the train station.
Buon viaggio!
You don't have enough time for all those day trips. If you can, arrange all of your time in Rome together (at the end if that's your departure flight).
San G has no train station. It can be reached by a train/bus combo or bus only (from Florence). Siena is better by bus (from Florence) as the bus drops you in the center while the train station is a bit out. A one way ticket Florence/Siena or Florence/San G. will be about 7€.

Rome/Florence will be about 45€ for the fast train. You can get discount tickets booking in advance. You can find cheaper prices for the slow trains, but the take a lot longer.
