About 7 hours.
The name of the 'rail line' is Czech railways.....the website in post 1 is simply a reseller.
http://www.cd.cz/en/
Like most European international trains, the service is run jointly by the two national railways concerned, CD (Czech railways) and MAV (Hungarian railways)
Buy direct from Czech Railways at www.cd.cz/eshop where you'll find 2nd class tickets from just 19 euros, although if you want the overnight sleeper or a 1st class ticket you'll need to buy at the station.
