Train from Lille to Delft

Hi,

what is the best economical way and time wise to travel from Lille to Delft? At the moment I have looked at SNCF website. Any other website or train that may be cheaper beside Thalys?

Regards,

You can get local trains from Lille to Antwerp. Perhaps you can find a connection to Delft from Antwerp.

If you book it early enough Thalys is actually the cheapest. You can get a Thalys from Lille to Rotterdam, and then a local train to Delft for €32.40 with only one change.
I looked at NSInternational.nl.

Thanks for the reply. Hetismij2, the NSinternational website turns out to be more expensive than SNCF with about the same travelling time.

I am travelling on the 7th april and through the SNCF website, I could get a ticket of 81.50Euro for 2adults and 1kid and 1baby from Lille to Rotterdam with Talys then to Delft. However, the change in Rotterdam is only 5minutes. Anyone has any idea if this is enough time for us, especially with the kids, to change train? How far the platform between these two trains?

Thanks again in advance for your help.

That will be long enough. And if you miss it there will be another train after that one you can get. Unlike the Thalys you are not tied to a particular train for that leg.
