Never heard of them, although they appear to been around for a few years. Most of what they show on their web page can be booked through the Tourist Office in Barcelona. If you have any concerns, you can contact Turisme de Barcelona (professional.barcelonaturisme.com).
Never heard of them either. I just used a guidebook and toured Barcelona on my own.
