Toulouse - Restaurant Recommendation for Cassoulet

We'll be in Toulouse for one night before taking the train back to Paris. Would love to have recommendations for somewhere serving a good cassoulet.

We tried Le Colombier . Our local guide has recommended it and we loved their cassoulet.

There is a little place on Rue des Jacobins, Au Gascon: http://www.augascon.fr/?langue=en

Not much atmosphere, just somem over travel posters and such, but as I recall, the food was good and not too expensive..

oops..meant to say some old travel posters and the like.. I recall going at least twice. I had the cassoulet once and the Confit de Canard as well. More of a locals place than a major player on the Toulouse food map.

Thanks so much. Both suggestions sound good. The last cassoulet we had was over ten years ago in St.-Guilhem-le-Désert in a little café. It was delicious and since we will be back in cassoulet territory for one night during this trip, I'm looking forward to another helping.
