We are a middle-aged active couple who would appreciate some sage advice to fine-tune a planned two week vacation following a short visit to family in Le Buisson de Caduoin (3 nights). We are arriving in Toulouse by plane from Brussels and driving to Le Buisson-de Caduoin for three day.

Gorge de Tarn-La Malène 3 nights
Château de la Caze

Carcassonne 2 nights (hardest choices)
Either Château de Garrevaques, Domaine de Maran, Domaine de Palatz, Le Jardin d'Homps or Clos du Moulin with our first choice being the Domaine de Maran.

Perpignan 1 night
Either Croque la Lune in the center or La Villa Duflot.

Girona 1 night
El Reces de Corca

Barcelona 3 nights
Apartment rental return by air to Brussels.

We will be traveling by auto and wish to see the highlights of the area, both natural and historic. I am an avid photographer and any special photogenic sights make my day. Is this a reasonable itinerary to see the area? Are we passing by something unique that we might regret missing. I appreciate your personal opinions and hope to expand our experience by your input.
