Our cruise will be visiting Copenhagen for one day on a Sunday. With children coming along, we feel this might be a nice break from all the city touring we will be doing. The longest we will be in the park is 4 hours. Is it worth buying the pass for unlimited rides, or just picking a couple favorite rides and then enjoying the scenery? With being such a short amount of time on a Sunday, are we going to be waiting over an hour for just one ride?

I love Tivoli park! (and I'm not a child!). I've been twice , also during pre cruise stays. Its like an old fashioned amusement park, with many restaurants thrown in. Can't answer your quesion of the pass since I can't recall the price of individual rides vs the pass. We didnt get the pass since we went with young adult children and wouldnt get use for it.
I would suggest going to their website to see if they describe the rides and maybe that'll give you an idea if there are many your kids might want to sample. I only went on the carrousel!
Dont recall seeing long lines, but then again I can't remember what days of the week we were there.
Enjoy!
Hi bb,

You don't plan a day in Tivoli.
You just go there.
Enjoy your time.
We went when our lads were youngish and if memory serves we just got then passes. We all had a wonderful time! I hope you enjoy it. I like the idea of checking website etc.
You only need to do approximately 4-5 rides before the pass is cheaper, lines are in general quite short, so it depends on how much you are into rides.
