Trip Report The Best Mussels ever!! Orebic, Croatia - Konoba Dalmatino

Jump to last reply

Perhaps I'm going out of on a limb, but we just got back from Croatia, and had to quickly share that we had the most delicious mussels ever in a small little restaurant, in a small little seaside village in Croatia, called Orebic. The trip to Croatia was heavenly and would return in a heartbeat (we were in Puglia, Italy last year and it was amazing, but wouldn't go back there as we would Croatia). The restaurant is owned by a wonderful man called Ivan, who when we complimented the mussels gave us some homemade Grappa which was also incredible. Ask for Demirs the sweet waiter from Zagreb...he'll take great care of you.
