TGV train ticket: exchangable vs. refundable

Jump to last reply

Bought 4 1st class train tickets, now 2 members of our party need to cancel their trip.

The iDTGV 1st class ticket says:

"Exchangeable subject to certain conditions, with a one off charge of 10€ if you use the Internet, otherwise a one off charge of 15€ will be made. No refunds".

The SNCF coach return ticket says:

"TGV Prem's: Ticket cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable".

I guess that means that there are no refunds in either case? I think I already know the answer. Please confirm:(
