Don't know either one, but I just did a text search here and came up with this for you (from 2001):
"Message: I just got back from my London trip - the Terstan hotel was OK. The room was small, smoky with an uncomfortable bed (to be expected in Europe) - but, we had our own bathroom, TV, hot pot & the room was well-heated. The hotel was VERY conveniently located by the Earls Court tube station (about 1.5 blocks away) and there was plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and fast food only a few streets away. I highly recommend the Terstan for location, but not for the hotel amenities. For the price though (as part of a go-today.com package of airfare and six nights hotel for $622/per person), I was very satisfied."
