Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain
I am spending one week in Tenerife. I like nightlife but I also enjoy a quiet night. I like nature and beach and adventure and I also like a nice, lazy day on the beach. What would you recommend for an adventurous 26 year old girl to do for a week in Tenerife?
Thanks!

You did not say when you will travel to Tenerife.
In winter, the northern part can be overcast, even rainy, while the south is almost always sunny.
If you want to stay at a place with lots of bars and nightclubs and a wide sandy beach, Los Cristianos (in the south) is right for you.
For medium activity, Puerte de la Cru (in the north) would be an option.
My personal favourite is Playa de la Arena, a beautiful cove with black lava sand, also a place of medium activity (in the south).

I was definitely thinking of hiking while there. And I didn't know you could ride camels in Tenerife? Interesting!
I will be there March 18-25.
I had also heard about El Medano, anything good there?
I like the black lava sand... that sounds really interesting!!
Thanks all.

March is still winter season. Better go into the southern half of Tenerife.
El Medano is a beach with natural yellow sand that is 3km long. It has enough bars and nightclubs to keep you occupied. IMO a better choice than tacky Los Cristianos.
