If my daughter's plane from USA arrives in Madrid @ 7:30-8:00 AM on a Sunday morning, how long do you think she should allow to get through customs and get a taxi and be at the train station to catch an AVE to Sevilla?

Last time we were through immigrations (no customs in Spain) in Madrid was two years ago and it was a walk through, stamp the passport. Should be an hour on the safe side an hour and a half.
I would probably take a train leaving after 10:30. It would probably be OK for a 10 a.m. but could be risky if the flight was delayed, etc....
I arrived in Madrid on Sept 10th at 11:30, went through customs and got luggage by 12:15. My Ave train to Seville was at 14:00 (2pm) which was more than enough time.
