Trip Report Tango on the Quai Saint Bernard in Paris

Jump to last reply

This is hardly a new subject or even a "Paris secret" since anybody who takes an evening boat trip on the Seine during the warm months has seen the hundreds of people dancing on the Left Bank across from Ile Saint Louis. But there are still a lot of people who haven't been on a boat at that time and just never happened to wander in that direction in the evening, so it should definitely be brought to their attention.

I made a photo report a few years ago and I just added to it this week with more videos of the 4 styles of dance: tango, salsa, retro and rock (the new stuff is on page 2 of the report). It is always a fascinating spectacle and its popularity as the years go by is undiminished.

Here is the report: http://tinyurl.com/tangoqsb
