Tallinn to Vinius - How is this itinerary?

Here is our preliminary itinerary for a trip from Tallinn to Vilnius. Our schedule is 9 Sept to 25 Sept. We understand the temperatures could be in the 60s so not sure if we've picked the right places for a night stay. We would appreciate any comments. Thank you.

Tallinn: Pick up in Tallinn in the morning and drive to
Saremaa Island spend two nights in Kurzeme. Explore Saremaa Island.

Parnu Stay one night.

Viljandi: This seems out of the way. Should we go here?

Sigulda Stay one night and visit Gauja Park and Cesis.
Riga: Stay 3 or 4 nights in Riga with a day trip to Runsdale.

(What about Kemeri National Park and Jurmala -- are they worth a stop.?)

Kuldiga: Spend one night
Palanga: Visit Palanga for lunch and a walk around

Curonian Split Spend one night in Nida?)

Kaunas: Spend one night and a day

Vilnius: 3 nights.
Trakai
Druskininkai
Return to Vilnius to fly home.
