Taking the Tube to Waterloo?
I will be taking a day trip to Paris in a couple of weeks from London on Eurostar. This will be the first time I will be leaving so early in the morning, as I usually take a later train (I am taking the 6:30 train to Paris). Does anyone know how much a taxi ride costs approximately from the Bayswater area to Waterloo? Also, do you recommend taking the bus to Waterloo, as the Tube is not running at that time in the morning? I want to get to Waterloo on time, but hopefully in the least costly way.
Thanks

Here is what I found using the Journey Planner at www.tfl.gov.uk.
Tube: Take the Circle line from Bayswater to Baker Street, leaving at 05:11 and arriving at 05:17. Take the Jubilee line to Waterloo, leaving at 05:32 and arriving at 05:41.
Bus: Take bus 148 from Orme Square to Waterloo/County Hall, leaving at 05:02 and arriving at 05:22.
Either one gets you to Waterloo before your 30 minute check-in deadline.

What date - and day - are you travelling as at weekends & public holidays there may not be an early morning service.
It could also be that there is some maintenance work going on on your day of travel
