Switzerland over Ester - Anything Closed/Open?

Jump to last reply

Thinking about a week in Switzerland. Our time will be divided between staying in Zurich for 4 nights and Lucerne for 3. Will use them as bases for day trips. Have been to Switzerland twice before.

Realize our time there will be over Good Friday and Easter Sunday (and Passover, but doubt that would have any bearing). Do you think anything will be closed? Restaurants, stores? Will want to go to Basel, Stein am Rhein, Titlus, Pilatus, Schauffhausen, the falls. Perhaps as far as Mieringen and Andermatt.
