Switzerland Itinerary

Going to be in Zermatt and Wengen. Then I will have 2 days before I go to Zurich to return home. Can anyone give me any ideas as to where I should spend my final 2 days? I was thinking of Lucerne. If Lucerne is the place, can anyone give me a great hotel to stay?

Love Luzern. What's your budget?

Lucerne is indeed a beautiful city with lakeboat possibilities on the gorgeous Vierwaldstatter See. But if you'd like to consider somthing smaller, then perhaps Zug on its own lake, or Rapperswil on Zurichsee. From Rapperswil the trainroute to Lucerne for a daytrip is absolutely beautiful. If your flight is not too early, you can probably spend your last night in any of the three places mentioned.

On the other hand, Zurich deserves an evening spent wandering around its old streets. I like it more each time I visit. J.

Good morning, have been completely satisified about 5 or 6 times with the HOTEL WILDENMANN, Bahnhofstrase, 50 in
Luzern, is about a 10 min walk from the
bahnhof. Excellant ristorante and
stubi, on south side of river opposite
the old town area. Richard of LaGrange Park, Il..
