Switzerland - Hiking to the Eigergletscher

Jump to last reply

We will be in Switzerland in mid-April this year. Many cable cars are not working at that time. So, I've tried to find a suitable hike for us up in the mountains that we could get to. I've found this one: the Eigergletscher. I believe you can hike there from Kleine Scheidigg or Alpiglen.

We don't want to do a hard hike. We are casual hikers. And as for time - no longer than 1 1/2- 2 hours.

Any knowledge about this hike or how to get there by train?
