Swiss Pass, Eurail Global, or Eurail Select?

Hey, I'm a student ("youth" under 26) working in Switzerland this summer. I will be commuting to work daily while taking sightseeing trips on the weekends; the places I want to go are mostly in Switzerland but some in France and Italy. I am staying for three months and am wondering what rail pass I should buy: the global covers everything in Switzerland plus weekend trips to neighbor countries, the Select is only for 15 days, and the Swiss Pass is only in Switzerland (also less than three months.) Should I go ahead and get the Global or is there another option for Swiss transit?
