Swiss Half Fare - photo needed?

Jump to last reply

I've always had the 3 yr pass and never paid much attention to the monthly pass - I've also had it delivered to family in Switzerland.

Now, I have friends going in May and they would like the one month pass. Can they still buy it at the Zurich Flughaven Station and if so..do they need a passport photo?

They will consider buying it in advance but it's something like $25 to ship it to the states - if all can be completed in a hassle free manner then they will get it in Switzerland if that option is still available.
I assume you do need a photo to make the card non transferable?

Thanks
Pat
