We've stayed in Covent garden area and used the M&S near the Covent Garden station., but this time we're closer to Leicester Square. What other supermarkets are near?
Thanks

There's a Sainsbury's Local on Charing Cross Road, a Spar on St Martin's Lane, and a number of Chinese supermarkets.
Here's a listing that probably cannot be trusted.

Your best bet is to find a Tesco.
There's a decent size Tesco close to you, at the corner of King and Bedford streets.
That Tesco @ Bedford/King/NewRow (and the M&S you already know about) is probably the the closest. It really isn't an area w/ 'supermarkets' - more small convenience shops and 'Locals'/'Metros'.
