Hi tsm0885,
I used Astral Travels for the special access tour of Stonehenge. They have tours to Bath as well, but I'm not sure they have one that does both together. Their website is:

Evan Evan Tours does both Stonehenge and Bath in the same tour. It is supposed to be good but I had to cancel because we had set it up on the Summer Solstice last year and they were not going to guarantee that we would go to Stonehenge because of the crowds. My brother took the trip two years ago and said it was great. Go to evanevantours.com and check it out.
