Staying in Adare - 1st time to Ireland

Jump to last reply

We are headed off to Ireland in the beginning of June, we are flying into Dublin, have lodging in Adare for our entire stay and have rented a car. There are 5 of us 2 old fogeys and 3 millenials. Unfortunately, we want to see everything so I am looking for advice for what is not to be missed withing a couple of hours of Adare, we have about 7 days there, we will spend the last 1-2 days in Dublin. Right now my mind is just boggled with choices, would also be interested in any tour recommendations. Also would Galway be too much of a day trip from Adare?

Also, any pubs etc in or near Adare would also be appreciated. Thanks so much!
