St Sulpice apartment

Have more or less decided on this Latin Quarter apartment for our multi-generation trip to Paris next June. We'll be 6 adults and I wanted 3 bedrooms / 2 baths, the latter especially is hard to find in Paris and it seemed like I was looking forever! Anyway, this place near St Sulpice looks good, the location, price and amenities are also right. Has anyone of you stayed in this apartment, any experience with the agency Classic Travel Group? Would really appreciate your thoughts and comments, thanks in advance

Did you notice that the second bathroom is toilet only, no shower or bath? So you'll have 6 people showering in the same bathroom. If everyone showers in the morning that will take some time.

I made sure to check on this, the ensuite bathroom has a bathtub and WC, the second bathroom has a shower stall plus there is a separate WC in the entrance hallway. With six of us we absolutely need it!

I see a full Bath (with bath tub), a smaller full bath (with shower stall) and a 1/2 bath (w/ toilet/basin). Looks good -- except I personally think the living room is quite small for 6 adults. They used a wide angle lens and the seating for 4 and dining set are all jammed together.

The price is good for that large a property in that location . . . But there will be a lot of 'togetherness' in the main room

Yes, it's what you call togetherness! A bit cramped for 6 adults, unless you don't mind crawling over each other. Where will you keep the luggage (6 bags)? In the middle of the living room?

Oh - I don't think luggage will be a problem w/ the 3 bedrooms. The whole rest of the flat looks spacious enough -- it is just the living/dining room. Not much space for hanging out or even all just meeting up to make plans for the day.

If you are only really sleeping there you'll be fine.

I really is a very large apartment if the 120 sq meters is accurate. It is just that 90% of the space seems to be in the bedrooms/baths/hallways.

I didn't look at the photos, just read the text where 2nd bathroom has a WC, no mention of stall shower. But the photos show a stall shower.

I was so excited to see this because I've been searching for a 3/2 apartment. And I love that neighborhood. But it looks like the beds are just doubles...wouldn't fit the guys in my family. Darn!

Yes, the living room is rather small, but we plan to be out all day, so that's not such a big deal. My mom will be with us and I needed someplace central so she could get back for some rest if she felt tired.

Any info about the agency, I find reviews for their apartments, including this one, but not the actual agency.

The area is good for transportation---you should be close to several Metro stations and bus lines. I don't know the apartment agency, unfortunately. Haven in Paris also has several apts in the area---not sure what your budget is.
