Spring holidays in Italy

Jump to last reply

We have the luxury of having date flexibility for our spring 2013 trip to Italy. Planning a 2 week trip (Venice, Bologna, Tuscany, Rome) in April or May. Airfare will certainly play into our date selection, but I wondered if I should be wary of any of the spring holidays - April 25 and May 1 pop out in my research. Have any of you experienced closures or other problems as a result of these holidays? Or not a big deal?

Thank you!
