spanish train boarding passes?

Jump to last reply

I haven't travelled in Europe for a while, so forgive me if I should know better than to ask this question! Once upon a time boarding passes were required on all Spanish trains, even with a reservation and a printed ticket. Is that still the case? I have printed my own tickets which are for reserved seats, and I purchased them from RailEurope. The tickets have a bar code. I have not seen anything regarding getting an additional boarding pass. Thanks so much!
