Spanish National Day closings
Are museums and churches etc.in Madrid, Barcelona, Granada etc. closed or have restricted hours on October 12 (Spanish National Day).
As well, are restaurants also limited?
Thank you for any information.

Hello!,
October 12, it's a normal day, all is open. Although this day is Spanish National Day, there is not a popular celebration, for the most of the people this day is only a holiday day.
In Madrid, there are an institutional celebration with a military parade, presided for the King and the President of Government, but this is all the celebration.
If you want to come to Spain this day, you won’t have any problem to visit anywhere you want.

Well, here in Castellón (Spain) not a single shop is open (not even supermarkets)...I don't think it to be "a normal day" though there is no special celebration. Museums are open and also churches (but there can be special masses there and you cannot visit at some hours).
