carlos,
From Barajas airport, go out the N 100 and follow signs for the A10, take it for 9.8 km to the M30, take it for 9km to the M40/E05, follow for 3 km. At Aravaca take the NVI for 30.5 km past Villalba-Oeste, then Guadarrama.

If you'd like to print this out from the Michelin site, click on "Driving Directions", then type in "Aeropuerto de Madrid, Barajas" as origen, then "Guadarrama" as destination, choose Spain from the menu, then indicate which route you want, the recommended Michelin route, quickest, scenic, etc. and whether you want it in km or miles, then get the result and print to take along.

Although it seems like you have one good answer already, let me point out that www.madridman.com is a very good resource for all kinds of spain questions - - not just madrid.
Best wishes,
Rex
