Spain and Portugal return

Back from a tour of Spain (Andalucia) and Portugal. Wonderful experiences with mostly good weather except for pouring rain during Alhambra tour. We'd been to northern Spain years ago and this time were aware of the historic Moorish culture. Happens that nine of us were from the same church and that meant friends giving us a hand, e.g., during long walks. As we age we realize this is likely our last overseas trip (9 with GCT and 5 by other means). Just more than we want to tackle. A side trip to Morocco canceled due to choppy seas. May report later after getting organized and feeling better. What did any of you like most about Andalucia and also Portugal? And how about that Spanish cuisine!
