Right off the bat I would suggest that to minimize hotel hopping you do Cordoba as a day trip from Sevilla . Do you have to go back into Madrid for your flight home? If so, How early is that flight? Depending on that answer you might (or might not) have to spend the last night in Madrid. Have you already purchased your plane tickets? I know many people land and then go to Atocha train station for train to Sevilla, but I woud recommend you also check flights from MAD to Sevilla. You're already at the airport.
Me personally would spend at least one day/night in Madrid (because I love the city). In that case I would suggest 4 nights Sevilla (day trip by train to Cordoba), 2 nights Granada, one night Madrid.
