Sorrento Bed & Breakfast?

From the official Sorrento website, I've found several links to B&Bs that would be in my price range (100 euros/night). Has anyone had any experiences (good or bad) with Italian B&Bs, particularly in Sorrento? Here are some of the places I saw...

Villa Del Sole
Orchid Corner
Chiara de Luna

The other reasonable place I've seen on the boards in Sorrento is Il Nido. While it sounds great as far as accommadations and price, I'm concerned that you have to rely on the hotel shuttle to get to/from Sorrento as it's not a walkable distance. Any thoughts from anyone who is familiar w/ Il Nido?

We stayed at a B&B in Sorrento called Palazzo Starace which was nice, budget-priced, very central, breakfast was provided across the road at the local bar. They have a website if you do a search. We had a balcony which overlooked the main street and it was about 10 min walk to the train/bus station. They had about 4 rooms on one floor of an apartment block. The only thing we didn't like was the shower pressure was not very good but it was very clean and reasonably spacious.

We've been to Sorrento twice and both times stayed at Villa di Sorrento. The price is a bit higher(app. 135E) but it's right off the main square and full breakfast is included.

It's a 5 minute walk to the Old Town, train station and the stairs leading down to the marina.

Clean rooms, full bathroom, elevator. Rooms a bit small.

Last time we had a room on the 4th floor front. There was a balcony and we could see the main town square and even the water.

I also stayed at the Palazzo Starace. I hestitate to recommend it because I don't want everyone going there and then the prices going up. Seriously, it was a great bargain and the location was great. It is a budget place, so no frills, plus walking up 4, maybe 5 flights of stair, but it was very clean, bright and spacious. I asked for a single, but I was in a room with two twin beds. Bathroom was a good size and my water pressure was fine. It even had a little fridge and a cupboard that could be locked (put my valuables in there). I loved being in the main part of town and just minutes from everything.
