We enjoy shopping at the bookstores of foreign universities--authentic logo apparel and other goodies are our goal. Can anyone tell me where the Sorbonne bookstore is?

I don't think they have one in the sense that US universities do where the school runs the bookstore. There are various private bookstores around the university buildings that sell textbooks. They tend to specialize by subject matter, the ones around the Pantheon, for example, are different from the ones on bd St MIchel or on rue de l'Ecole de Medicine off St Michel (where you find medical texts, etc.).
I have never seen any authentic Sorbonne logo stuff like they sell in the US from schools, and I did go to school there one summer. Never heard of it. However, various souvenir shops all over Paris do sell Sorbonne Tshirts, you should be able to find them (as well as maybe some other logo stuff) if you look in the souvenir shops. I don't think these are really "authentic", though, but should be what you want. I have a few of those Tshirts myself but I'm not sure the shield they use on them is really an official symbol of the school, as it's not on the things I have from the school nor the paperwork. Some of those Tshirts look better than others. I've never seen any logo apparel other than Tshirts or sweatshirts in those souvenir shops.
NOw that I think of it, the US college I went to didn't run a bookstore, either, there were several private bookstores on campus that sold the texts. There is a bookstore that sells Sorbonne publications, but this is a pretty low-key academic affair (it's at 212 rue St Jacques).
We saw some interesting tee shirts and other items on the street that runs down from the Sainte-Chapelle to the Seine bridge. There were several shops next to a "sell your textbooks" store; so the area was clearly aimed at the student trade.
