Something Special and Different to do in London!

Jump to last reply

Tonight we did something completely different. At Liverpool Street Station (or Shoreditch High Street) there is a museum of a different kind. Its like stepping back in time. They have redone an old terrace house to what it would have looked like in the 1700's and we did a silent visit by candlelight. Its £12 a person and well worth it. Across the street is The Water Poet pub which is a great place for a post-museum pint. The visit takes about 45 mins but very very interesting with the sites, smells, and sounds of 18th century London!
