So I have 2 first class tickets but........

So, I paid 13k for 2 1st class tickets using my AMEX platinum card on the 2 for 1 deal, knowing the program, I used SWISS so I could go from LAX-ZUR with sleeper seats etc.,connecting from PHX. my question is this, I booked this as a married couple, but my wife has moved out, I can change the name on the ticket no problem, what should I do?

Call the airline. I know it probably seems like a unique problem to you at the moment, but this stuff happens every day and the airline should know how to help you out.

Find somebody who wants to go with you would be the first order of business I would think and then ask the airline what you should do. Or are you planning on going alone?

Oh my- Sorry to hear the news. If you have purchased first class tickets, they should be fully refundable. I am not familiar with the 2 for 1 deal, so there may be restrictions on the "refundability" of the ticket, since it's a special.

If the tickets are refundable, then you should be able to just contact the airlines (you might have to contact Amex- check the fine print on that special), and get yout money back.

Good luck!

<I can change the name on the ticket no problem, what should I do?>

If there is no problem, I don't understand the question.
