Snowy days and nights in Rome

Yesterday was interesting...snow, sleet, slush...or as the TV news said "Italy in Caos". It would not have been too bad except the ground froze which then caused the cobblestones and storm drains to ice over, turning the slush into 2 inch deep ice puddles. Buses and cars were happily spinning tires and of course we just had to walk around.

Got up about 5 am this morning, about 2 inches on the ground, no people and got some great photos. I'll post later today.
