lead
you to the only guide book in English

Walking in the Julian Alps by Simon Brown. Cicerone Press 1993.
This is a complete guide to the most popular routes.

Check of the proper maps: The Triglav National Park at
1:50,000
(Omnimap #65-5670TR) is a good one.
