Sixt car rental
Hi, I would like to share my experience with sixt rental car. Avoid this company at any cost. My flight was delayed about an hour when I get to rental desk lady in charge told me she don't have any car for me because I'm late. And she said we have car for you unless I pay another 200EUR again for same booking. Yes I've been put this situation on my holiday before Christmas I have to pay again for same booking. Lady on charge said "you pay" or we "we cancel". So I end up paying twice for same booking even when I provide my flight number. I feel very angry and ripped off about this. Avoid them... This is ripped off company

Not doubting your personal veracity, but this is hard to believe based on the sparse facts you relate.
What branch at which airport was this?
What did the fine print in your rental contract say about pick-up time and such?
I suggest you get in touch with corporate headquarters immediately, and please come back here and keep us abreast of developments - just bring up this post again and add your latest info. I'm sure lots of folks will be interested.

If this happened, I have some sympathy, but Sixt is a fairly renowned company, so it is likely to be a problem with an individual location rather than company wide.
I've never heard of a rental company cancelling a booking over a short delay, and the situation as you describe it seems they did have a car after all.
I suggest you document everything and complain to head office. Something is not right here.

Can you tell more ?
Seems to me that there is more than meets the eye.
Seems to me you weren't that diplomatic with the lady.
Normally commercial people are not paid to unnerve clients.
In short : I'll rent drom Sixt again since I consider them a good company notwithstanding some questionable stories.

Sixt is not reliable. Sixt rents cheap cars and then cancels the reservation without caring about the customer.
You should look for honest companies because Sixt will claim a failure in their system to cancel your reservation
and ask you to make a new reservation at higher rates. Despicable company!
