I thought it was agreed downtime would be given using GMT so everyone around the world could work out easily when it would occur?

Don't forget that this is not exclusively a US site please!

I was going to ask the same thing. Amy at least can you clarify you meant, GMT, European Central Time, American East, West, etc?
