Shrine and Vine Tour

My wife daughter (27) and I are going on a combined Catholic shrine and fine wine tour in France the last week in April. We will be visiting Provence at Easter (for both shrines and wines), then going to Lourdes, France, then north to Lisieux, and finally to Paris for departure. I am looking for 1) good places to stay close to or in Aix-en-Provence so we can get to Plan-d'Aups-Ste-Baume for Easter services, 2) good places to stay near Avignon, 3) places to stay in Lourdes, (normal places and convents or monasteries), 4) places to stay in Lisieux (normal places and convents and monasteries), and finally 5) relatively inexpensive places to stay in Paris.

I know this is a really diverse request, but I also know that the Fodors community is up to this challenge. The clock starts......NOW
