Thanks all for the hi di hos - yes, there will be a couple of reports (I kept a journal, for heaven's sake) as soon as I can thoughts my organize. Five suitcases returned with me, and the GNP of France was substantially raised over the last five weeks.

Heard about the fodor forum furor (try that five times fast); glad to see that the powers-that-be have kept the status quo. I'm catching up on emails and snail mail (eeks a wedding invite from a 4-time loser; WHAT is she thinking?) so the report(s) will be forth/fifthcoming.

Welcome Back Elvira,
You missed all the hullabaloo, but our fine Fodor hosts have not only returned Europe back to its primal state, but has also pioneered new advances in technology to allow for pictures and threads where once no thread had trode.

So many people are going to want to hear about your trip and if they could see a few picks too, well wouldn't that make us all real happy. So if you're up for any more adventure, and can secure a long lunch hour, here's my unauthorized recommendation: Danny and his group are great people and they love to meet the fans. They also appreciate a break from pizza lunches and relish stories about how we use the forum. I think I remember that you, dear girl, took some cooking classes in Paris and are gourmet all the way. Gather together an elegant Parisian picnic and some choice French wine (remember to bring some wine glasses and napkins), a CD of your favorite french music and pictures of your trip and make your appearance.

You know, you owe it to us because we missed you and suffered this crisis without the benefit of your good humor. But alls well that ends well and it's good to have you back.
God Bless,
Dr. Betty
