Sherlock Holmes Restaurant/Pub

Does anyone know the web address or if they have a website? I googled it, and all I got was a lost link. I was looking for the hours mainly, but also maybe some reviews (I read the rants/raves, but not all that much there.) I also was hoping for a menu, etc. Thanks!

I had greater luck with Google. www.nashvillescholars.net/pubstory.htm has a pleasant, illustrated, report. There are brief notes at

I am afraid no notes of hours, nor meal menus. So I phoned. Open 11 to 11, and Sundays 12 to 10.30

We stopped by the pub in February on a walking tour and had a pint. I thought it was "neat" place. It's kind of in the middle of "no where" in a residential area. It's not a place where most tourists would find, in fact, I think we were the only tourists in there.

Can't comment on the food, but the beer was great!!!

I've been there twice. The first time the food was good, the second time, not so. We did eat upstairs the first time, where the neat room exhibit is. Don't know if that made a difference. Sticky Toffee Pudding was good.

It is on Embankment Street, within walking distance of Trafalgar Square.

Budman - I think you may have had a tad too much "Bud" on that visit. The Sherlock Holmes is definitely not ona residential street in the middle of nowhere. It is on Northumberland St. right around the corner from Trafalgar Square and Whitehall.
