Seville vs. Lisbon for Christmas
Hello all!
We (my family), are trying to decide which city, Lisbon or Seville (neither of which we have visited), would be a better for spending a week in during christmas time.
Which ever city we pick, we plan on doing day trips to surrounding places as well, but we want our base to be the more livelier city.
Thoughts?

We were in Seville in October and in Lisbon in December (after Christmas).
So, from the point of view of month, I can not compare.
I think that for a week vacation, Lisbon (plus Sintra, Estoril, Queluz) has more to offer. The weather was very good for us (minim 7 °C in the night , sunny days).
I am for Lisbon.

So, Lisbon doesn't rain all december? That was our only reservation (we had read it on the internet, and we weren't certai whether it was a reliable source or not).

We spent 2 weeks in Portugal last year over new years and had a great time. Weather wasnt fabulous, but we had fun none the less. We spent 2 nights in Sintra and then 5 nights in Lisbon and found that to be perfect! Here is our trip report and pics:
